{"id":1577,"date":"2021-12-26T08:44:00","date_gmt":"2021-12-26T08:44:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/yathaberturkiye.com\/?p=1577"},"modified":"2022-03-21T08:46:34","modified_gmt":"2022-03-21T08:46:34","slug":"perini-navi-sold-for-80-million-dollars","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/yathaberturkiye.com\/en\/perini-navi-sold-for-80-million-dollars\/","title":{"rendered":"PER\u0130N\u0130 NAV\u0130 SOLD FOR $80 MILLION"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Italian Marine Group announced that it has acquired bankrupt luxury yacht builder Perini Navi for $80 million at a court-organized auction in Tuscany, Italy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Italian yacht builders Ferretti Group and San Lorenzo had also offered to buy luxury sailing manufacturer Perini Navi, which was declared bankrupt last January.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The deal, financed with most of the IPO proceeds and through bank financing, will double the order intake for repairs and lead to new contracts for the construction of 90-130 meter motor yachts, the Italian Sea Group said in a statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perini Navi had been auctioned twice before, in July and September, but no one had bid for it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Giovanni Costantino, founder of The Italian Sea Group, expressed his satisfaction with the acquisition of Perini Navi and said, \u201cWe will increase the production capacity at the shipyard.
