As the spring winds begin to make themselves felt on the Aegean coast, Turkey's university sailing calendar, which has a long-established place Jimmy Key Universail <\/strong>Sailing Races are once again turning their route to the offshore of Urla. 2April 5-26 <\/strong>The organization, which will be held for the 15th time, is more than just a sporting event, it offers a multi-layered platform that simultaneously tests the reflexes, strategic decision-making skills and team cohesion of young sailors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Drawing attention with its growing participation every year, this year's races will bring teams from different universities across Turkey together with the variable wind regime of the Aegean. One of the most decisive elements of the organization is the participation criteria. The requirement that every boat participating in the races must have university teams on board distinguishes the event from classical amateur races and focuses directly on the development of young sailors. In the organization, where a minimum of 25 and a maximum of 50 boats will start, the representation of some universities with more than one team stands out as an important detail that increases the depth of competition.<\/p>\n\n\n
