Vicem Yachts has delivered its custom-built superyacht “Empire” to an Australian client.
This 29-meter custom-built superyacht was designed in the style of the Vicem Cruiser series using cold-molded composite construction. Hull Designer Yusuf Altundasar:
“Empire has all the classic Vicem design features with plenty of outside space, long overhangs and a shaded side deck,” he said.
Throughout Empire, open-plan living is supported by connecting the main living room, dining area and kitchen on a single level.
Denis Sonmex is in charge of interior design at Vicem:
“Our clients came with a very clear idea. They fell in love with the classic Vicem 107 Cruiser and wanted to build a yacht in her image”.
In addition to the cabin with a suite, there are four other cabins inside the yacht.
Natural oak is used for the cabinets, wall panels and floors of the interiors, combined with soft furnishings in crisp white and pale blue. A combination of LED and spotlights has also been integrated to create a calming ambience.
Empire will make her debut at the Sanctuary Cove Yacht Show near the Gold Coast in spring 2024.
