First of all, thank you very much for this nice interview. 12 years ago, I started my professional life in the ship machinery department upon the advice of an elder. I actively worked both in the office and on the ship.
How was Teknende.com born? When was it founded? How did you decide on this venture?
Actually, to be sincere, the basic idea and thought of Voyage Easily was formed after an incident I personally witnessed in 2017. The unbelievable victimization, loss of time and money that a friend, whose boat I was a guest on, experienced for diesel engine maintenance both amazed and saddened me. From that moment on, I started to think “What can I do by blending commercial maritime management and technology for the owners of personal marine vessels in the middle class segment?” As you know, owners of mega yachts or upper segment marine vessels above a certain size usually contract with management companies and receive professional management services for their marine vessels. However, middle segment sea-loving boat owners are not able to benefit from this service due to the economic cycle. Following the intense demand and good feedback during our start-up period, we started to grow and started to offer “Life on your boat is more comfortable than at home” With our new name, new slogan and logo, we set out for the appreciation of boat and watercraft owners.

In fact, I once saw an interview I had done as an article about us by a page that tried to come out as a similar one. I was not upset, on the contrary, I was happy as a pioneering entrepreneur.
Our biggest advantage is that we don't have a vicious circle intellectually. We have a white board. Sometimes while drinking tea, sometimes while playing with our children, including our children, everyone writes an idea and we evaluate it together. How did the pandemic conditions reflect on you? What are your expectations for the post-pandemic period?
