International Boat Show Tuzla, which will be organized for the 6th time this year, brings together all stakeholders of the maritime sector. Hundreds of boats with prices ranging from 50 thousand TL to 70 million TL will be exhibited at the fair, which will be a feast for sea lovers. Interest in Boating Increased During the Pandemic
Stating that the pandemic period that the world is going through has caused significant changes in people's lifestyles, Via Fair Director Gökmen Aydın said, “Crowded environments, meetings and entertainment have been replaced by social distance, being alone and an isolated life. In this environment, interest in boats, the most important tool of isolated life, has increased even more. While boat owners used to use their boats at certain times of the year, it would not be wrong to say that they started to live their lives on the boat now.” Stating that the Motorcycle and Mobile Living Vehicles Fair MOTOMOBİL will be organized simultaneously with Boat Show Tuzla in order to meet all the needs of the new normal, Aydın said, “People's search for alternative lifestyles has increased more than ever. Those who have a budget started to dream of buying a motorcycle, those who are a little better off started to dream of living in a caravan, and those who are better off started to dream of buying a boat. We opened our doors to the Motomobil fair in order to respond to this search.”.
