D-Marin, with its four marinas in Turkey and the United Arab Emirates this year Abu Dhabi Maritime Awards’by winning a total of seven awards MENAT It has once again demonstrated the high standards it has achieved in marina management in its region (Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey). The awards received by the marinas in Turgutreis, Didim, Göcek, and Marsa Al Arab prove the strong performance recorded in areas such as customer experience, sustainability, innovation, and operational excellence.
Every year Abu Dhabi International Boat Show The award program, organized within this scope, selects the region's most qualified marina projects and evaluates them in six main categories that define excellence in management: Customer Experience, Employer Excellence, Health & Safety, Innovation, Sustainability, and Superior Marina. This year, the “Outstanding Emerging Marina” category, which highlights small and medium-sized marinas, has also been included in the program for the first time.
Remarkable success from Turkey and the UAE
D-Marin marinas delivered a strong performance in this year's assessment.
• D-Marin Turgutreis, received the Gold award for its sustainability practices and the Silver award for its health and safety criteria.
• D-Marin Didim, With its customer experience approach, Altın won the Gold award, while Üstün Marina won the Silver award for its business performance.
• D-Marin Göcek, won Gold for its innovative projects and Silver for its service quality in Customer Experience.
• D-Marin Marsa Al Arab Meanwhile, in the UAE, it stood out as one of the region's new premium destinations by winning the Gold Award in the “Outstanding Emerging Marina” category.
The award jury particularly highlighted D-Marin's success in customer interaction, accuracy in needs analysis, feedback processes, and creating long-term loyalty in the Superior Marina evaluation.
