Noyan Mutlugil was elected as the first Turkish member of the European Professional Yachting Committee.
Noyan Mutlugil became the first Turkish member of the European Professional Yachting Committee (ECPY). A successful businessman and one of the founders of Mutlutur Yachting, one of Turkey's leading yacht tourism companies, Mutlugil became the first yachting professional from Turkey to be accepted into the ECPY.
ECPY, a highly significant association founded in France in 1993, brings together all components of the industry under one roof, ranging from yacht brokers and yacht owners to insurance companies, legal advisors, shipyards, and suppliers.
The union, which develops regulations in line with European standards, is also involved in economic and environmental projects.

Noyan Mutlugil, the first Turkish member of the European Professional Yachting Committee, serves as Vice President of the TYBA (Association of All Yacht Operators, Investors, Brokers, and Agents) Board of Directors and teaches yacht tourism at Piri Reis University.
