Numarine has announced the addition of a new model to its range; the Numarine 78HTS Sportfly. An evolution of the popular Numarine 78HT, this 24-meter yacht features a superyacht sundeck, complete with a central helm station and four sun loungers. The 78HTS Sportfly's aggressive exterior styling is characterized by its handrails, which, together with the use of large windows, allow more light into the saloon. There are four cabins on board, each with its own en-suite bathroom, accommodating up to eight guests. At the bow, there is a seating and sunbathing area that is reminiscent of the Flybridge, ideally placed for sunbathing and enjoying the view while cruising.

The Numarine 78HTS Sportfly also incorporates a silent energy management system that allows charging the generators using the latest technology. Thanks to noise insulation, only 66DB of sound data was received in the lower deck area while underway. The 78 HTS owes her top speed of 38 knots to a pair of 1,550 MAN V8 engines. The boat has a cruising speed of 28 knots and a range of 400 miles. Numarine's other superyacht projects under development include the first Numarine 32XP, due to launch this summer, and the first Numarine 24XP, due to launch in 2018.
