The ’Tutku mm’ team, formed by women sailors who are passionate about the sea to show the power and productivity of women at sea, is coming together in the Aegean waters for the second “Sailing for Peace” event to be held within the framework of the September 1 World Peace Day celebrations.
The women sailors, who will sail about 300 nautical miles from Bodrum to Didim, Kuşadası, Sığacık and Çeşme, will blow the winds of peace in the Aegean waters with the Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk's principle of ’Peace at home, peace in the world‘.
The September peace cruises, which are planned to be organized every year within the framework of the September 1 World Peace Day events and to be made traditional, will start with the Peace Cruise.
About 23 women sailors, Passion mm, Kechi sailing on the Nile and Bende sailing boat for the Peace Cruise, August 28, Friday evening at 19:00 at Milta Bodrum Marina 29 It will set off at 9.00 am on August morning. Didim D-Marin, Kuşadası Setur Marina, Sığacık Teos Marina and Çeşme Marina will host the teams in their marinas while Milta Bodrum Marina will provide marina support for the peace cruises of the Tutku mm team.
