The Most Popular Boats at the Tuzla Boat Show

The Tuzla Boat Show, the meeting place for sea enthusiasts between November 7 and 15, hosts boats of different sizes and types.

We have compiled some of the most eye-catching boats at the Tuzla Boat Show for Yat Haber Türkiye readers.

SELEDA

The 27-meter-long, 6.6-meter-wide vessel, built by Mengi Yay Yachting, features an all-wooden hull. It can accommodate eight guests in one master cabin, one VIP cabin, and two guest cabins, with additional cabins for the crew. The exterior design of the yacht, shaped by Oğuzhan Güler, bears the signature of Dutch firm Ginton Naval Architects in its main hull lines. Seleda made a name for itself in 2017 when it won an award in the 25-40 meter motor yacht category at the “International Yacht and Aviation Awards.” Offering spacious living areas with a 25-square-meter master cabin and a 30-square-meter salon, the yacht's master cabin features an electric fireplace designed for winter months, adding a unique touch to the cabin. The semi-displacement motor yacht Seleda 80 reaches a maximum speed of 17 knots with its 2 Man HP engines.

MAZU 82

The largest of the Mazu yachts, the Mazu 82, was unveiled at the end of summer 2019. Featuring interior design by Tanju Özelgin, the model showcases the beauty of its carbon composite construction with the open deck and wide hull windows characteristic of Mazu yachts.

The full-width user cabin creates a relaxing escape environment with simple colors, utilizing both direct and indirect daylight. The cabin's bathroom features a spacious shower and impressive fixtures. The wardrobe opposite the bathroom is spacious enough to store all the boat owner's belongings during long voyages and is highly practical. The model's VIP cabin has its own bathroom. The third cabin, designed for two people, is equipped to meet all guest needs.

Equipped with three Volvo Penta IPS engines (1350 – 1,000hp x3), the Mazu 82 delivers outstanding performance, easy handling, and comfortable maneuverability.

LAGOON SEVETY 7

Designed in collaboration with Lagoon and Nauta Design, the Seventy 7 stands out for its performance and durability, as well as its spacious living areas. Following its world premiere, the 23-meter Seventy 7 won the “Best Sailing Yacht” award in the over 65-foot category at the Asia Boating Awards. The private balcony in the owner's cabin signals that Lagoon will continue to introduce surprising innovations in its future models.

The exterior design of the model, whose naval architecture was handled by Marc Van Peteghem and Vincent Lauriot-Prévost, and whose elegant interiors bear the signature of Massimo Gino from Italian Nauta Design, is the work of Patrick Le Quement. Featuring delicate lines and an elegant character, the model boasts a masterfully drawn and harmoniously designed relationship between the hull and upper deck structure. The sail area, brought closer to the center of the boat thanks to the aft-mounted mast, enhances the Lagoon Seventy 7’s performance. The model can be equipped with 2×180 or 2×230 HP engines.

FIRST YACHT 53

By revamping its First series at the end of 2018 and introducing four new small sports boats, Beneteau became a favorite among sailing enthusiasts with the first boat in the series, the First Yacht 53. The model, whose interior and deck design was handled by Lorenzo Argento—one of the two names that drew attention in Beneteau's design competition launched in 2016—features the signature of Roberto Biscontini, the other notable name from the competition, on its hull elements.

The First Yacht 53 challenges other yachts in its class with its low deck, spacious interior, practical equipment features, and superior material quality. Compared to competitors of the same size, the yacht stands out with its three-cabin layout. Roberto Biscontini's thirty years of America's Cup experience give the First Yacht 53 excellent sailing performance and a perfectly balanced hull. The model is a source of pride for Beneteau, showcasing comfort and dynamism on the world's oceans.

JEANNEAU 51

The Jeanneau 51, the smallest model in the “Jeanneau Yachts” series comprising large yacht models from the French yacht brand Jeanneau, made its world premiere at Cannes in 2016. Measuring 15.38 meters in length and 4.70 meters in width, the yacht bears the signatures of Philippe Briand and Andrew Winch, names we are accustomed to hearing associated with larger vessels. At first glance, it is noticeable that there is no crane in the cockpit. This choice not only provides more space for seating and dining areas but also greatly contributes to maneuverability by allowing the cranes to approach the twin rudders at the stern. The Jeanneau 51 has a mainsail area of 52.20 square meters and a genoa area of 55.90 square meters. Equipped with an 80-horsepower Yanmar Sail Drive engine, the yacht offers different layout options, such as three cabins and three bathrooms, or two cabins, a crew cabin, and three bathrooms.

BALI 4.8

French yacht manufacturer Bali's 4.8 luxury catamaran, measuring 14.82 meters in length, stands out with its accommodation areas that exceed expectations for a vessel of this size. The Bali 4.8, featuring six comfortable cabins accommodating up to twelve people, innovative design, comfortable living spaces, and spacious sunbathing areas, ranks among the brand's most popular models.

The interiors of the model, designed by Lasta Design Studio, have been designed with maximum comfort in mind. The boat, which features large windows allowing natural light to flood the interior, is quite eye-catching in this regard. The luxury catamaran, which offers extensive connection options to the sea, also takes the enjoyment of the sea to the next level with its seating and sunbathing areas on the flybridge.

The model, which can be equipped with twin 45 HP or 57 HP engines, is made of fiberglass. With a 1000-liter fuel tank and a 1000-liter water tank, the Bali 4.8 offers a comfortable boating experience.

RIVARAMA SUPER

The 44-foot Rivarama Super is an upgraded version of the classic Rivarama, which has been awarded the “Best Open Yacht in Europe” award for two consecutive years in the 40 to 60-foot category. The Rivarama Super's natural elegance and comfort stand out as its two main features, earning the model the nickname “floating suite.” Its entirely mahogany-clad deck makes this yacht the successor to previous legendary models. Designed for two people, the Rivarama Super features a master cabin positioned at the front of the boat, offering every possible comfort, and an innovative layout. With its use of special materials, valuable handcrafted surfaces, excellent living spaces, and impressive performance, the Rivarama Super is the ideal yacht even for the most demanding boat owners. The boat is 13.40 meters long and 3.88 meters wide and is equipped with twin MAN 26 800 engines. The Rivarama Super reaches a maximum speed of 41 knots, with a cruising speed of 36 knots.

NAUTITECH 46 OPEN

The Bavaria Nautitech Open 46 is being launched as the boat with the largest outdoor living space in its class. The boat, which also comes in a flybridge version, can be configured with three cabins and three bathrooms or four cabins and four bathrooms. Measuring 13.79 meters in length and 7.54 meters in width, this catamaran-type sailing yacht guarantees high-performance sailing and comfort. The helm stations on the port and starboard sides offer an optimal wide angle during sailing, allowing you to be completely in control of the sea. In the flybridge version, the yacht is controlled from the flybridge. The Nautitech 46’s saloon, equipped with large windows, provides a 360-degree view and creates a bright and airy environment. The interior design of the model was carried out by Roseo Design, while the architecture bears the signature of Marc Lombard. In the three-cabin version of the boat, the master cabin, which spans the entire port hull, more than meets expectations, while the starboard hull features two cabins, each with its own bathroom, and a separate shower cabin.

GALEON 485 HTS

The Galeon 485 HTS, one of Galeon's third-generation models, focuses on high maneuverability and an exciting ride with its sporty open deck design while offering exceptional comfort. Measuring 13.28 meters in length and 4.18 meters in width, the 485 HTS's layout is designed to provide a comfortable and spacious living area. The model's saloon is separated from the aft cockpit by the entrance door and adjacent glass, allowing for comfortable use in rainy and cold weather conditions. Furthermore, the boat's aft cockpit combines with the saloon to offer an open boat experience, thanks to the hydraulic opening/closing boat entrance door and side window feature added to the equipment. The model, which offers spacious living areas, allows you to use the seating area and sunbathing area together by keeping the table in the aft cockpit open, or to obtain a large sunbathing area by removing the table. Featuring an impressive exterior profile, sporty design, and luxurious interior, the Galeon 485 HTS is equipped with twin IPS 600 Volvo Penta engines.

BAVARIA C 42

The Bavaria C 42 stands out not only for its characteristic features of the C series but also for its unique qualities. Its modern and revolutionary keel-shaped hull and V-shaped bow design offer both optimal sailing performance and exceptional spaciousness. Measuring 12.38 meters in length and 4.29 meters in width, the Bavaria C 42 features a new V-shaped bow design that widens from the waterline to the deck. The model offers the choice of two luxurious cabins with a very spacious bathroom or three spacious cabins with two bathrooms. Designed to maximize the sailing experience, the Bavaria C 42“s L-shaped seating area is extremely ergonomic and comfortable. To achieve a larger volume at the bow, Bavaria Yachts and Italian Cossutti Yacht Design collaborated on a special project. The additional volume created in the bow section enables comfortable and safe sailing even in the most challenging weather conditions.

SUN ODYSSES 410

The Sun Odyssey 410, a continuation of the Sun Odyssey 440—named Boat of the Year in 2018—and the Sun Odyssey 490—nominated for Boat of the Year, has significantly enhanced its stability and performance with its hull designed by Marc Lombard. Extremely ambitious in terms of spaciousness and comfort, the model is extremely safe with its barrier-free side deck concept. With a full length of 12.95 meters and a beam of 3.99 meters, the boat reveals surprising potential for a sailboat of this size with its interior design signed by Jean-Marc Piaton and his team. Designed in an unconventional style to maximize both the visual and physical interior space, the boat is available with two or three cabin options. The Sun Odyssey 410 comes standard with a 40HP Yanmar engine, while a 45HP Yanmar engine is also available as an option.

BOSTON WHALER 330 OUTRAGE

The Boston Whaler 330 Outrage, designed by American boat manufacturer Boston Whaler with a deep “V” hull shape suitable for cruising and fishing activities, offers safer navigation in coastal waters and open seas thanks to its special unsinkable unibond construction technology. The boat is equipped with two 350 HP Mercury Verado outboard engines. Capable of reaching a maximum speed of 46 knots, the 330 Outrage is 10.08 meters long and 3.10 meters wide. Located on the bow deck, just in front of the center console, the two-person sunbathing bed is positioned opposite the seating area at the bow to facilitate communication between guests. The captain's seat, located in the center of the boat, is designed for two people and can be adjusted for standing use when desired. At the stern of the boat is a foldable seating area. The seats in the cockpit can be folded away to create a spacious fishing area, and this section also features a 189-liter livewell.

SEA RAY 320 SUNDANCER COUPE

Breaking all conventions, the Sea Ray 320 Sundancer Coupe reinterprets the balance between interior and exterior spaces in an elegant and versatile way. It is extremely impressive with its spacious cockpit area, comfortable cabin, and the bow section, which is poised to become the model's most popular feature. The model is garnering considerable praise for its new and practical features. The new 320 Sundancer, available in inboard and coupe versions, features three very spacious sunbathing beds on the foredeck. The model's functionally designed cabin has a four-person accommodation capacity. There are two single beds at the rear of the boat, while the seating area at the bow can be converted into a double bed with cushion inserts. The toilet, which has its own shower, is very bright. The 320 Sundancer, which comes standard with twin 250 hp Mercruiser engines, is equipped with twin 350 hp Mercruiser Axius systems, offering a sport boat-level driving experience.

GRAN TURISMO 32

Designed to provide a seamless transition from a daily cruiser to an express cruiser, the Gran Turismo 32 retains the flair of the Gran Turismo series while incorporating the Flyer 10’s deck plan. The Beneteau designers have blended a spacious and open boat with a comfortable and airy “hard top” feel, featuring a full-width layout for optimal space utilization. The Gran Turismo 32’s hull is covered with long windows that allow natural light to illuminate the main cabin and mid-cabin, which features two double beds and a separate shower area. Inspired by Flyer models, the transition area between the cockpit and the foredeck is designed to be both safe and practical. Available with outboard or inboard engine options, the Gran Turismo 32 can be equipped with engines up to 700 HP and promises a top speed of 35 knots.
