MENGİ YAY YACHTÇILIK successfully launched the first of the Virtus 47 motor series yachts from its shipyard in Tuzla on April 10, 2022. The project was built as 47.8 meters long and steel/aluminum construction. The yacht will be at Pendik Marintürk Marina for a period of time for final outfitting and sea trials and will be delivered to her owner.
Of the other two boats of the series currently under production at the MENGİ YAY YACHTY shipyard, boat Nb 102 will be launched in May and the last boat will be launched in June 2023. In this series, MENG İYAY YACHT offers its customers the opportunity to build custom boats. The table below contains comparative information of the three boats of the series and the paint colors are determined by the owners.
The project is the longest boat ever built by the shipyard and the first fruit of the Virtus 47 series, which means a great deal to both the shipyard personnel and the owner.
There was a justified pride in the eyes of all the dedicated shipyard personnel who supported such a historic moment and who have been a part of the project from its first source until today.
After the successful construction and delivery of the Virtus 44 meter project in 2020, MENGİ YAY YACHTÇILIK decided to continue the series with the production of 47 meter long boats. The first boat of the launched Virtus 47 series is under 500 GT, semi displacement and RINA Unrestricted Charter Class C+Hull o Mach Ych, Unrestricted Navigation, DMS Compliance to REG Yacht Code Part A notation. .
The exterior of the boat was designed by VYD Studio and the interior was designed by Leonardo Santi Design. The boat offers its owner a large living space with a spacious saloon with balconies on both sides, main and upper deck aft seating areas. In addition, the balcony in the master cabin offers the client an additional living space of his own.
