YALIKAVAK MARINA CONTINUES TO HOST MEGA YACHTS

Located in one of Turkey's most popular yacht tourism regions, Yalıkavak Marina offers first-class service facilities for super and mega yachts in its unique location. Ranking first among Turkish marinas in terms of berthing capacity, Yalıkavak Marina accommodates yachts with a total capacity of 620 berths. Situated in Bodrum's most beautiful bay, Yalıkavak Marina offers ideal berthing facilities for yachts of all sizes.

Completely rebuilt in 2012 and 2013, Yalıkavak Marina was awarded the Golden Anchor award in the ‘Super Yacht Marina of the Year’ category by The Yacht Harbour Association (TYHA) in 2018. The award is considered the highest standard of business and service quality in the industry.

Established approximately 25 years ago by The Yacht Harbour Association (TYHA), the Golden Anchor Award Program has become the most prestigious benchmark in the areas of short or long-term accommodation and reliability by evaluating the quality and level of facilities and services offered to boat owners.

Luxury mega yachts have been choosing Yalıkavak Marina since the start of the 2018 season;

1. The motor yacht Ocean Victory, built by Fincantieri in Italy, is one of the world's ten largest yachts at 140 meters in length. The luxury yacht's sophisticated exterior design and engineering were created by Espen Oeino, while the interior was designed by Alberto Pinto. The Ocean Victory yacht features seven decks, a helicopter landing pad, a helicopter hangar, and a service boat.

2. Built in 2010 by Lurssen Yachts, the 90-meter mega yacht Phoenix 2 features an exquisite interior and exterior design by Winch Design. The yacht's sun deck boasts a large swimming pool with an open-air cinema and a separate jacuzzi. The yacht's sky lounge boasts a dining room enhanced with glass screens. The main suite, inspired by 1930s New York, opens up to a magnificent panoramic sea view.

3. The 90-meter Lionheart yacht, designed by Benetti, is a full displacement mega yacht with a steel hull and aluminum superstructure. Stefano Natucci designed the exterior of the yacht in collaboration with Benetti's design team, while the interior design was created by Green & Mingarelli.

4. One of the world's largest yachts, Moonlight II, was originally built in 2005 by the Greek shipyard Neorion with an initial length of 85 meters. In 2015, the yacht was lengthened to 91.4 meters. Also featured on the list of the world's largest yachts, Moonlight II accommodates 36 guests in 18 cabins and has a crew of 34. With a range of over 7,000 nautical miles, Moonlight II can cross the Atlantic Ocean without refueling.

5. The Valerie Yacht, built by the German shipyard Lürssen, was first launched under the name Firebird. The 85-meter yacht offers accommodation for up to 12 guests in 6 luxury suites. The hull design was by Espen Oeino, while the interior design was by Reymond Langton Design.

6. The SS Delphine Yacht, built specifically in 1921, was constructed by Horace Dodge.

“The SS Delphine is the only large American steamship built between 1893 and 1930 that still operates with its original steam engines today. The ship is 78.58 meters long and has a maximum speed of 12 knots. It can accommodate 26 passengers and carry a crew of between 24 and 30 people.

The dazzling GO yacht, built by Turkish shipyard Turquoise Yachts, is 77 meters long. The exterior design of the GO yacht, which made its maiden voyage in March 2018, is the result of a collaboration between H2 Yacht and Turquoise.

8. The stunning exterior design of the custom-built OKTO yacht was created by renowned yacht architect Andrea Vallicelli, while the interior design was handled by Alberto Pinto. The yacht's impressive engineering work was carried out by British firm BMT Nigel Gee. The yacht features a helicopter platform, a lap pool, two Jacuzzis, a retractable terrace in the master cabin, and more. The dazzling 66-meter OKTO yacht comfortably accommodates 11 guests across 5 spacious cabins.

9. The 63.3-meter Force Blue motor yacht was built by Royal Denship in 2002. Equipped with Caterpillar engines, the motor yacht has a maximum speed of 18 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots. It offers accommodation for up to 12 people in 6 cabins. Ole Rune Design and Christensen & Rottbell were responsible for the yacht's interior design, while Ole Steen Knudsen handled the exterior design.

10. The 61-meter motor yacht ‘Athina III’ was custom-built by Feadship in the Netherlands. The yacht's luxurious interior design was undertaken by McMillen Design following its refurbishment in 2011. Athina III's interior layout is designed to comfortably accommodate 13 guests in a total of 7 cabins, including 1 master suite, 1 VIP suite, 2 double cabins, and 2 twin cabins. It can also carry a crew of 18 in 8 cabins to provide a comfortable and luxurious yacht experience.

11. The 57-meter MESERRET II yacht was built in 1978 and completely refurbished in 2010. The yacht's sophisticated exterior design and engineering are the work of De Vries Lentsch. The interior layout of the Meserret II features 9 cabins and accommodates 12 people. The luxury yacht has a crew of 16.

12. The 56-meter Galaxy Yacht, one of Yalıkavak Marina's most recent guests, accommodates 14 guests.

offers accommodation for up to 10 guests. The yacht features a master suite with an office, a panoramic lounge, and sanitary facilities. The upper deck of the yacht, which has an Italian-style exterior design, houses a VIP luxury cabin, while the remaining cabins are located on the lower deck.

13. The 52-meter luxury motor yacht named “S,” designed by Nuvolari Lenard, was built in the USA by Palmer Johnson. The interior design of the “S” yacht accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 cabins and also has space for a crew of 8. Built to Lloyd's Class Rules and MCA compliant, the “S” yacht features teak decks, a semi-displacement aluminum hull, and an aluminum superstructure.Offering comprehensive and professional services, first-class shopping, and unforgettable vacation opportunities, Yalıkavak Marina will continue to host unique super and mega yachts in the coming days.
