ILIAD Catamarans ile BAZ Yacht Design the first product of the collaboration between 53F OffGrid Hybrid’s interior design has been completed. The studio, which has made a name for itself in international design practice in recent years, takes its global design language one step further with this project.
Previously The International Yacht & Aviation Awards 2025’in the “Interior Design Under 40 Meters” category at the BAZ, This time, 53F worked with a holistic approach focusing on long-term and independent living scenarios. What the studio defines as “quiet luxury” and “technical clarity” is directly reflected in the spatial set-up of 53F.

While the existing platform is preserved in the project, a more refined and timeless language is preferred in the interior. Instead of short-term visual impact, the material choices aim for a calm aesthetic that settles over time. The “off-grid” living concept based on energy efficiency and sustainability is integrated directly into the interior as a way of life rather than an engineering solution.

Co-founder of the studio Bilge Zaptcioglu Atal, defining the project as “treating the interior space as a natural part of life, beyond an aesthetic composition”; Barbaros Atal ise positions this collaboration as a step forward in the studio's global design practice.
