Conrad Shipyard has created the 140-foot Conrad C-140 project by renewing the initial project concept of the 130-foot-long superyacht designed by Frank Neubelt.
The 42-meter-long C-140 represents excellence in exterior, interior and naval architecture meticulously crafted by Frank Neubelt Yacht Designs, supported by the German Yacht Couture project agency GYC.
The technical engineering process behind the project represents a collaborative effort between Conrad's in-house technical team and marine engineering studio Delta Marine, ensuring the seamless integration of the latest technologies and design elements.
“A unique sailing superyacht project”
Mikolaj Krol, CEO of Conrad Shipyard, said: “The C-140 is another milestone for us. We are honored to once again have the opportunity to collaborate with Frank, who has brought a very experienced yacht gentleman to Conrad Shipyard to realize his bespoke superyacht. After the success of a series of award-winning motor yachts such as the C-144s series and the C-133 special model, we are now returning to a very challenging and unique sailing superyacht project.”
The C-140, which stands out as the first flying bridge performance sailing yacht of its size, has an indoor and outdoor saloon concept integrated with an aluminum hull and light carbon superstructure.
It has the space of large yachts
With her length, the C-140 has spaces normally found on yachts of larger dimensions. These areas include a five-meter owner's tender stored in a dedicated enclosed foredeck tender compartment, plus a crew tender in the hatch, a large beach club in the enclosed lazarette below the aft deck and a swim platform with foldable wide lido ladder.
