This result reaffirmed the company's consistent performance in international markets.
Realizing 80.7 billion TL exports in 2025 Sirena Marine, The Turkish yacht manufacturing industry consolidated its strong position in the Turkish yacht manufacturing industry by ranking seventh not only in its own segment but also in the overall export ranking of the association.
Integrated production structure and industrial scale
Sirena Marine's production model is based on an integrated production ecosystem spread across Turkey.
The 155-acre main production facility in Orhangazi, Bursa combines composite production, furniture manufacturing, engineering and R&D processes under a single roof. In addition, the production infrastructure in Tuzla and the new generation superyacht production facility in Yalova Altınova are among the important centers that complement the company's production capacity.
Registered in 2017 as an R&D Center by the Turkish Ministry of Industry and Technology, the Orhangazi facility is at the center of the company's innovation power. Sirena Marine, which operates today with more than 1000 employees, has the capacity to manage the production of more than 50 boats at the same time.
This structure not only supports the company's production volume, but also its strategy to develop a product range that will appeal to a wider international customer base. The goal of a stronger positioning, especially in the large yacht segment, stands out as an important part of the company's long-term growth vision.
From local production to global markets
