Sirena Yachts, has made a significant change to its management team as part of its growth strategy for the U.S. market. Having served with the company for over 15 years, Ensar Çabuk, Constantinos K. Constantinou, who has been leading Sirena Yachts’ U.S. operations and managing the company’s North American operations since 2018, will continue in his role as Senior Advisor.
Ensar Çabuk, a Naval Architect and Shipbuilding Engineer who also holds a master’s degree in Yacht Design, joined Sirena Marine in 2011 as a Design Engineer. In the early years of his career, Çabuk managed the development processes of the Sirena 58 and Sirena 64 models as a Project Manager; he later transitioned to the commercial side of the business, serving as Sales Representative and Sales Manager. During this time, he contributed to expanding the brand’s international dealer network and strengthening its presence in global markets.
Çabuk, who moved to Fort Lauderdale in 2023 to serve as Country Manager for Sirena Yachts USA, worked closely with Constantinos K. Constantinou to develop the company’s U.S. operations. In his new role, he will focus on further strengthening the company’s dealer network, enhancing the ownership experience, and supporting Sirena Yachts’ growth in the U.S. market.
With this change in role, Constantinos K. Constantinou will continue his work at Sirena Yachts as a Senior Advisor. Constantinou, who will continue to contribute his experience in the North American market to the company’s strategic and commercial development, played a key role during his tenure in expanding Sirena Yachts’ dealer network and strengthening the brand’s position in the region.
Commenting on the change in leadership, Constantinou noted that it had been a great privilege for him to manage Sirena Yachts USA and lead the brand’s growth journey in North America, adding that they had achieved significant successes together with dealers, customers, and the company team. Constantinou noted that he would continue to support the company in his new role and expressed his satisfaction at handing over the position to Ensar Çabuk.
Ensar Çabuk, noting that his new role entails a significant responsibility, stated that they will continue to work closely with dealers, customers, and business partners to further strengthen the Sirena brand.
