Some first projects loudly proclaim the shipyard's vision, while others make it felt in the details. The 43.8-meter Orion One, is one of the most powerful examples of the latter approach in recent times. At first glance, the boat presents a noble profile where volume, proportion and engineering discipline meet in the same line.
Orion Yachts For Orion One, Orion One is the first platform to meet the water; it is an important reference that shows how the brand will proceed in the future. For this reason, it is felt that the technical infrastructure stands out as strongly as the design language in the project. The balance established especially on the steel hull platform proves that the boat is not only aesthetically pleasing but also perfectly thought out in terms of long-term usage scenarios.

Project by Red Yacht Design with Alfa Marine Design collaboration. The exterior profile shows a highly controlled distribution of volume while maintaining the lines of a modern superyacht. In particular, the proportions of the superstructure, the large glass surfaces and the layout of the exterior living spaces reveal that the design team is as focused on the onboard experience as the visual impact.

480 GT The five-stateroom layout of the yacht offers a very balanced and comfortable utilization setup for its segment. The flow between the master suite with opening balcony on the main deck and the guest areas on the lower deck is flexible enough to respond to both charter and private use scenarios at the same time. The sky lounge area stands out as one of the most characteristic parts of the boat. Supported by panoramic viewing angles, this section makes upper deck life much more social and uninterrupted.

Fatih Continuous made by “real volume, real comfort and real practicality” clearly summarizes the basic approach of the project. Because Orion One, It feels like a very mature platform that aims to create a strong visual identity and support this identity with operational reality.

On the technical side, the engineering approach is more pronounced. Cihan Sandikcioglu’s focus on long-term availability is one of the key differentiators of the project. Equipped with dual Caterpillar main engines, the yacht reaches a maximum speed of 15 knots and operates at a cruising speed of 12 knots, signaling a clear approach to performance that is driven by reliability and efficiency.

First projects are often characterized solely by the design language; in Orion One, the discipline of engineering and the construction of the living space are given equal weight. This makes the boat not just an attention-grabbing launch project, but a powerful preview of the brand's future fleet.
